Fredritz A. Ladera discusses how to contribute significantly to an organization's success. To do so, one must understand the organization's mission and vision so they can complete assigned tasks and help meet goals. An effective member should participate with suggestions based on facts, take the lead on issues affecting the organization's well-being, and get their team to work together towards goals. Communicating effectively, taking initiative, providing solution-oriented ideas, and efficiently implementing ideas are important for an organization's success.

Task 1 How will I contribute significantly to the success of my organization?
As a member of an organization, I must know the mission and vision of my
department, its primary object or aim so that I can adapt to whatever task assigned and be able to meet or attend to my organization’s intended goal and outcome. I also need to participate and give my suggestions based on facts. Take the lead on several issues affecting my organizations well-being and get my team to work in unity to reach our goals. For I believe that an effective member can communicate effectively with other members, take the initiative, produce solution-oriented ideas, and work efficiently to put those ideas into reality. These are but few of the most important characteristics of a successful organization. If I were able to observe these things, it is only then that I can contribute significantly to the success of my own organization.
