Introduction to Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Sahaja Yoga meditation provides an experiential learning which allows


participants to effortlessly come into a state of thoughtless awareness or
mental silence. This state is easily attained by all participants from the first
session. With further meditation sessions the time in mental silence
expands allowing the participants to experience a state of inner peace.
This thoughtless state allows the body to rebalance physically, mentally,
and emotionally. From the first session the participants are provided with
an understanding of how the body functions at the energetic level. This
enables them to successfully experience mental silence when practicing at
home. Participants are encouraged to practice a 5 to10 minute meditation
at home either in the morning or evening.
Benefits reported from participants include better sleep, reduced anxiety,
improved concentration, improved workplace and home relationships,
greater out of the box thinking, improved health and much more.
Sahaja Yoga meditation has been taught in Canadian workplace settings
for more than 10 years. It has been taught for more than 20 years in
workplaces in Europe and throughout the world. Canadian employers who
have provided Sahaja Yoga meditation sessions for their employees
include: Manulife Insurance, Revenue Canada, Canadian Automobile
Association, City of Toronto, Telus and Enbridge to name a few.
Sahaja Yoga meditation workplace session are provided for free to
employers. Sessions are facilitated by seasoned meditator volunteers with
experience in workplace settings. At this time, in person sessions are no
longer provided. Due to the pandemic, all meditation sessions are provided
online.
