The business will be a salad rolling store, the idea of this came up from the rolling cart that
carry and sell some products in a street. Salad Rolling Store will sell a different kind of Salad like
a Salad na Kamote, Salad na Pako, Salad na Kangkong, etc. Our product is having an attainable
or reasonable price base on the order of a customers. This product is also delicious and more
nutritious foods because it came from a natural resources, a vegetable like kamote, kangkong,
pako,etc. In cooking this product, we used a different kind of tools or equipment in cooking like
stove, bowl, serving spoon, food storage containers, etc. And maybe we have a skill in cooking
and if we are going to sell our products we used a bike or motorcycle for our rolling store.

However, if we are going to have a worker, we will be able to give him a good or a proper
salary base on his/her work. And if we met an expected sale we will be able to give them some
bonuses. Moreover, our business will be roam around on the Dicabisagan East and Dicabisagan
West here in Palanan to reach those customers and give them a convenient service with a
reasonable and attainable price.

The target customer of this business is the students of Palanan National High School,
Palanan School of Agriculture and Trade, Palanan Central School, the LGU workers, people in
their house or in the street. It is a biggest opportunity for this business because this business is
the one who coming near at the target customers. And we can promote our business or
product through the help of social media or any media platform.

And this business is also offering a salad dessert like macaroni salad, buko salad, etc. And
the major strength of this business is its having an accessible location and in term of having a
biggest opportunity in term of customers because of business is the one who coming near at
the target customers. While the major weaknesses of this business is having a limited resources
or shortage, spoilage of foods, etc.
