Business Description
Cyrtosperma merkusii or giant swamp taro “Galyang” is one of
the natural resources of Siruma that are numerous popular to this
place. The resident in Siruma only cooked boiled galyang as a
dish and they concerned about its volume and don’t have idea or
knowledge on how to improved it. That is why some of this galyang
are been wasted without knowing the possibilities can Galyang can
bring.
To avoid wasting the opportunity, will has developed an
entrepreneurial venture that will meet this type of circumstance
by doing an innovation regarding galyang, what can be produced
from these resources.
The essence of putting into any form of business should
basically to produce or create product. Therefore, in terms of
food business in Siruma that possible awareness of these
resources can be much more interesting.

GiSwaro Jam or Polvoron name of my product made from Gi stands
for giant then Swa stand for swamp and Ta stands for Taro it will
represent the name of the Business that surely will provide new
taste and satisfaction to costumers in community and as local
business it is opportunity for the local resident.

Vision
The GiSwaro is aiming to be enterprise known for innovation on
the common consumption of Galyang by providing the high quality
and healthy products that consistently meet costumers’
expectations and also to be aware of the importance of Galyang in
the community as good sources for business opportunity.
Mission
GiSwaro wants to provide customers with a quality foods product
that will serve a healthy and delicious food to the costumer’s
health and satisfaction. We came up for this to change the
sameness of consumption of Galyang. When we adhere to this
perspective, everything else will fall into place. Our product
will exceed the expectations of our target customers.
Product and Services Description
Our business is producing and offering food product for the
target customers. The proposed business will be located in Siruma
and we distribute to other markets.
Galyang is one of the largest root crop and abundant natural
resources found in siruma Because of this, I think about it to
create another way on innovating it and decided to make it as a
GiSwaro Jam/polvoron that can be enjoyed everyone that tastes
this product. I assure that people love this product that why I
choose Galyang as my main ingredients and name GiSwaro Jam/or
Polvoron.
The product will beneficial to the consumers health, and
uplift their knowledge that can make something new in this kind
of natural resources like Galyang; instead of buying foods,
GiSwaro will be providing a healthy, delicious and uniqueness of
the product natural food for the costumers, and also help the
proponent to have an extra income.

Currently man people are not aware that can have a business
that comes to their resources and also they don’t know that they
can profit. In this entrepreneurial endeavour, we choose to focus
our marketing plan into branding promos etc.
