TJTAF is the name of business which main product is a banana peel patty, a food processing
partnership business known for its unique patty made from banana peels that will be used in
making burgers and steaks and located in Malvar, Batangas. The business will act as a supplier
of patty to the target market in distinct areas such as restaurants, convenience stores, and sari-
sari stores.
The major goal of the business is to implement and introduce to the market a patty product
using banana peels to turn a waste (banana peelings) into something useful and helpful that
will benefit people in a healthy, nutritious since it is rich source of potassium, vitamin A and C,
calcium, and iron and it is a cost-effective product than a usual meat patty. The business can
see itself as a most profitable and well-known business around Malvar for the next years. It
aims to deliver a food to the market which is healthy and nutritious that will satisfy customer.
TJTAF Food Manufacturing will adopt the differing price based on the size of the Sa-Ba Peel
Patty Product. When it comes to promotion of products, TJTAF wants to use different ways of
marketing through online and physical such as banners and social media with the use of
different channels. TJTAF will develop a marketing strategy using small paper containing
business and product information such as pricing, contact information, location, and offerings.
TJTAF also boost their popularity by using social media marketing, through Facebook page,
Tiktok contents, and YouTube vlogging to spread information about the business, the offerings,
and location. Social media posts are easy to share, opening word-of-mouth opportunities that
can help you grow your audience or customer base. It provides you with a dedicated platform
where you can educate audiences about your brand, this requires a solid understanding of your
target audience and an effective content marketing strategy. Direct mail, Direct email
marketing messages often include mechanisms that provide the sender with feedback on the

Sa-Ba Peel Patty are made from yellow or completely ripe banana peels and have a natural color
because no food coloring is added. The patties are circular in shape with 60 grams per serving. In terms
of packaging, it includes the brand name Sa-Ba Peel Patty, Net wt. of 360 grams, indication of 6 pieces of
patty, contact number, Location, and the nutrition facts. The package is in a round, microwaveable
container and has a sticker of the brand on it.
