Oh my, this is not a good situation. I will fix it as soon as possible. The
problem is that we lost the customer’s address.

Could you please send me her contact information again? Here is how I
will fix the problem.

First, I will send her the invitation cards by express mail.

After that, I will write her a letter of apology. I will explain my mistake
and offer her a small discount.

I hope we don’t lose our customer because of my mistake.
