Dear Mr.Wolfe,
My name is Barry, a customer service worker at Jack’s Online Hardware. Your problem is
actually quite common. Have you tried reading the manual that came with the drill? It has
a guide for handling problems with your drill. First of all, make sure you change the drill
tip from time to time as it gets worn out. If that doesn’t make it better, try putting oil on
the tip of the drill. Sometimes the drill needs more oil to make it run effieciently. Alson, I
always suggest that drill owners clean the drill well after every use. This will help it operate
smoothly.
Best regards,
Barry

Dear Randy Emerick
I am happy to help organize Mr.Silveria’s retirement fuction, but I have some questions
about the event. First, I am wondering about the scale of the party. If numerouse people
show up, we will need to devote a lot of time to organize the event. So, can you tell me
how many people are expected to attend? Also, will the company be providing employees
with transportation to the venue? It might be inconvenient for volunteers who do not
have cars. Lastly, I will arrange an employees’ collection for Mr. Silveria. If everyone
donates a small amount, we can get him a nice gift. Should you need furrher assistance,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you.
Regards,
Ted Wilson
