    Dear Alan,

    I’m sad to hear about the news but in my opinion you should not resign
    even after receiving a warning from your manager for just being late. This is
    because if you resign, it might affect your future as you had many
    commitment to carry. Not to mention that nowadays its hard to find new
    work as we are still in recovery era from the pandemic.

    Instead of resign, I would suggest you to write an apologize letter to your


    manager with the reason that make you coming late at the workplace.
    Maybe by doing this, your manager would consider your explanation and
    provide you the opportunity to start afresh.
    I hope my suggestion will work for you. Don’t worry too much!
