1. Data Collection Report including the following:

a. Review of design philosophy, storyboard and architectural intent
b. Site Analysis including plot boundary, location, proximity, surrounding landscape and buildings,
climate
c. Mobility including access, site approach, road networks, visitor estimation.
d. Infrastructure including location and identification of drainage, water supply, fire fighting and
gas network, power, telecommunication
e. Project brief validation for the overall scope, program area schedule, gross plot areas, net
buildable areas, GFA, etc…

Stage 02 - Concept Design Architectural deliverables:

1. Concept Design Report including the following:
a. Site plan and analysis showing the building locations, plot boundary, landscape, setbacks
b. Coloured conceptual Floor Plans and sketches showing space allocation, relations and zoning
c. Coloured perspectives and sketches showing the design direction, massing, mood
d. Material palette options for interior and exterior.
e. Mood boards, including image selection describing architectural, interior and landscape design
direction
f. Updated area calculations program area schedule, gross plot areas, net buildable areas, FAR,
GFA, BUA,
