1、Air volume ratio adjustment of upper windbox and lower windbox

The windbox inlet damper initial position(with design coal)

Boiler load RO 75%

Upper damper Front 80 100

2、Stability adjustment of single burner

Adjust the single burner with large fluctuation of flame scanner signal, dark flame, flicker and
other poor combustion conditions.
It mainly adjusts the opening of the inner SA adjustable vane, outer SA adjustable vane, the
air zone disk and other parameters of the burner.

3、Variable oxygen adjustment

Increase the secondary air volume on the basis of the design value, operate with 5.5% and 6%
oxygen at the outlet of the economizer, and observe the stable combustion condition of the boiler.
