1. REVOCATION

I hereby revoke all previous Wills, codicils and other testamentary acts
made by me.

I declare that I am of sound mind and I made this will in my own accord,
under no duress.

 (i) I give my Executor plenary powers, especially that of
assumption, and the Master of the High Court is hereby
directed to dispense with the necessity of furnishing security
in respect of their Administration.

(ii) The Executor may pay out and charge to the capital of my
Estate my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and
all legal fees, income, estate, inheritance and succession
duties or taxes whether imposed by or pursuant to the laws
of this or any other jurisdiction whatsoever that may be
payable in connection with any property passing (or deemed
so to pass by any governing law) on my death or in
connection with any insurance on my life or any gift or
benefit given or conferred by me either during my lifetime or
by survivorship or by this my Will or any codicil to it, and
whether such duties or taxes be payable in respect of such
estates or interest which fall into possession at my death or
at any subsequent time and I hereby authorise the
Administrators to commute or pre-pay any such duties or
taxes.

(iii) without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, and in order

to illustrate the powers which my Administrators may
exercise, I expressly grant them the following powers:

(a) to preserve or improve any assets;

any marital power of any spouse of any beneficiary.

(a) Upon my death, I wish for my wife to determine where I am to

be buried, with consultation of children, however, her decision
on the subject of my burial is final.

(b) Without limiting the generality thereof, I wish for the following
speakers to be included in my funeral program:-

services within the week shall be held as my wife and
children would determine.

Lastly, I would like to state that I have prepared a letter to my daughter,
