Above named plaintiff do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under.

1) I say that I have filed the aforesaid suit for declaration and injunction and other
reliefs as more particularly stated in the plaint. However in order to avoid repetition
 herein again I adopt, reiterate and confirm each and every statements made therein
as part and parcel of the affidavit.
