Statement on California Proposition 65

California Proposition 65, the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of
1986, is intended to protect drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer,
birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about possible exposures to
such chemicals.

Nexperia has reviewed and considered the substance list of the California Proposition 65
regulation. Having revaluated supplier certifications and material composition declarations,
Nexperia has determined, to the best of its knowledge and belief, that:
• Nexperia products may contain one or more of the substances registered on this
substance list. Information regarding substances contained may be found in Nexperia
product composition declarations.
• Nexperia products are not intended to cause consumer exposure to any contained
substances during normal product use.

To facilitate customer requirements on California Proposition 65 regulation and to inform the

public in general, Nexperia makes product composition declarations for its products available
via the internet at:

The signature below verifies that statements above, including but not limited to any product
composition data are, to the best of our knowledge, valid and accurate. However, Nexperia
cannot warrant that products from Nexperia’s customers, in which such Nexperia products
