(SWiT-MBOSS) OF MUNTINLUPA CITY
The Single Window Transaction Modified Business One-Stop-Shop (SWiT-MBOSS) is an initiative of Muntinlupa City
to fast-track business permit application and renewal processes. Facilitated by the city’s BPLO, it is considered the
pioneer and benchmark in business registration. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of SWiT-MBOSS and
its competency to be the standard of other local government units (LGUs) in streamlining public service delivery.
