Course Objectives:
 To undertake research in order to develop a clear understanding of Organizational
behaviour and Human Resource Management concepts and foster a culture of research
and scientific temper by promoting students to publish their research papers in peer
reviewed journals.
 To enable the learners to understand various Human Resource Management concepts and
their application in business.
 To provide an insight on Organizational Behaviour and Human resource Management,
changing dynamics of HRM and a basic understanding of the global trends in Human
Resource Management with the help of relevant case studies.
 To facilitate interdisciplinary learning of emerging trends in Human Resource
Management and its implications on laws which are revolutionizing Organizational
functioning.
 To understand the ethical dilemmas associated with using technology in human resource
functions, grievance redressal and succession planning.
