Sub: Two levels of Mathematics offered in Grade X

Dear Parents,

CBSE offers two levels of Mathematics for students of Grade X (Board Examinations).
These are - 1. Basic
2. Standard
Students may therefore choose either of the two options, depending on their interest and
ability.
It is important to note that all students will be taught the same syllabus. In our classrooms,
teaching is differentiated and the teacher takes into consideration the different abilities of
the students. However, the assessment for Internal and Board examinations will be at two
levels.

Kindly submit the declaration to the class teacher by Friday, 24 June 2022.
