Bard College of Tempo

Bards of the College of Tempo are percussionists who don't

just keep time, they control it. By speeding up or slowing
down their rhythm time responds in kind. To an outside
observer, the bards' timing is unchanging, but the actions of
those around them are noticeably altered.
College of Tempo features
Bard Level Feature
3rd Bonus Proficiency, Pace Setter
6th Drum Roll
14th Moment of Truth

Bonus Proficiency
When you join the College of Tempo at 3rd level, you gain
proficiency with the Drum. If you are already proficient, you
gain expertise.
Pace Setter
Also at 3rd level, you learn to control the flow of time. As a
reaction, you may expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration to
increase or decrease a creature's movement speed by five
times result of the Bardic Inspiration die roll. If a creature's
speed is reduced below zero, it moves backward through time,
retracing its steps the appropriate amount. This does not
affect any actions it may have taken in the meantime.
Drum Roll
At 6th Level, you may add 1d8 Thunder Damage to any spell
you cast using a Drum as the spellcasting focus. This damage
increases to 1d10 at 10th level and 1d12 at 15th level.
Moment of Truth
At 14th level, your grasp of time is so exceptional that you can
slow time for an ally in order to allow them to accomplish
something with inexplicable precision. As a reaction, you can
grant a friendly creature an automatic 20 on an attack roll or
ability check. You must decide to use this feature after an
action has been declared but before a roll has been made. A
creature may not benefit from this ability more than once
before taking a long rest. You may use this ability a number of
times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once).
You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
