    1 I will not be available on the scheduled move-out walk-through with my tenant.

    2 o My representative, ____________________________, will handle the move-out


    walk-through in my behalf. I understand and agree that the move-out inventory
    to be signed by my representative and my tenant shall be deemed to be true
    and final and that Rockwell Land Leasing shall not be liable for any damage
    to the unit, appliances, furniture and fixture upon the move-out of the tenant.
    This shall be solely between the Unit Owner and Tenant.
    * Please supply representative's ID together with this form.

    o I have opted to waive my presence during the move-out inventory. I understand


    and agree that the move-out inventory, to be signed by my tenant shall be deemed
    to be true and final and that Rockwell Land Leasing shall not be liable for any
    damage to the unit, appliances, furniture and fixture upon the move-out of the
    tenant. This shall be solely between the Unit Owner and Tenant.
