Dear Parent,

As part of the AMA Education System’s strong conviction that Learning takes place not only through the
classroom and the virtual world, but also through social interaction., the AMA Education System will
hold an Educational Field Trip on May 8, 2023 at Bataan – Subic Day Trip.

We believe that these activities are important to nurture the holistic development of our students that is
not only focused on the intellectual development but also in terms of interpersonal development. The
main objective of this program is to offer students the opportunity to learn about a subject in a more
hands-on and immersive way that they can in the classroom.

In line with this, we are encouraging your son/daughter to join this event. A Php 2,500.00 fee which will
cover payment for the transportation, venue, seminar, insurance and other incidental expenses will be
collected and the event will be from 4:00am to 8:00pm.

Deadline of payment will be on or before May 1, 2023.

The university and its officers, faculty and staff are expected to exercise legal diligence required for the
safety and well-being of the student for the duration and the place, date, and time of the activity as stated.
This legal diligence would include oral or written instruction, whether given before or during the activity,
that if followed, would ensure the safety of the students. If the students disregard or fails to follow those
instructions or should act on his/her own, they shall have no claims against the University, its officers,
faculty, staff in charge should any damage be caused or liability be incurred to property or person.
