Dear All,
I hope this email finds you well.
We UG-SAC have a hope of making all student-driven events a grand success. This would require your utmost
support and cooperation from all students across all batches. With many fun events, fests and plans marked
ahead, SAC seeks to ask your concord in raising the funds.
 Hence, this mail-in particular, is to bring to your notice about the UG-Student Activity Council (Hereby referred
as SAC) Fee which has been decided to be fixed at Rs.2000(Two thousand only) per student (excluding
merchandise). From this academic session, the UG SAC fee is mandatory for all students. Students who are not
going to pay SAC fee shall not be allowed for any cultural, sports or domain specific events.
 This fee shall primarily contribute to facilitating the major flagship events, namely:
1. XEST
2. XAMBOREE
3. XPLOSION
Apart from these major events, the funds will also help to carry out in-house events (Open Mics, Cultural
Sessions, Common Celebration Days like Holi, Dandiya Night, Christmas etc) that are to be held throughout the
academic session. We aim to the best of our abilities to bring the best on the table by making every event on
the Annual Event Calendar a success.
 Procedure to be followed:
1. Students are requested to pay the fee to the CRs of the respective batches/sections via digital mode of
payment only (UPI, Netbanking etc)
2. After payment of SAC fee, students shall upload all of the necessary details and a screenshot of the payment
made in the google form which shall be circulated by the respective School Secretaries.
3. Students shall ensure to pay the SAC fee latest by 10/08/2023, on or before 11:59 PM.
To maintain the transparency amongst the student community, the CRs and the School Secretaries have signed
an undertaking taking full responsibility to not misallocate any funds (SAC fee). If so, there's any such
occurrence, there shall be severe monetary penalties and consequences imposed on them. Any student can ask
the CRs and the School Secretaries to show their specific undertakings.
