Technical Assistant Responsibilities

- Data entry, process invoices, documentation, maintaining records


- Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, composing emails, printing documents,
schedule meetings, answering phones, and creating reports)
- Provide secretariat support and assistance for the timely organization and minuting of
general activities
- Produce reports, correspondence, memoranda, presentation
- Prepare briefing papers, written reports, ppt
- NEAP shall conduct M&E activities that will gather and validate data indicated in
the M&E Framework in coordination with relevant offices and stakeholders. The
results of the M&E shall form part of the review and improvement of the guidelines

standards and the quality of training delivery.
