PROCESS PASSED THROUGH WHILE BUILDING THE

STANDING FAN
The group came together as one to decide on the kind of
materials to be use and a cool workshop to carry out the
project ( standing fan )
After founding a better place to use, we went to get some
materials to be use which are: fan motor, fan coil, capcitor,
plug, power switch, round pipes, bolt and nut, washer and
screw.
There are some items we picked on our envroment some are at
the trash, we did not find it hard about picking up the items we
need in the trash because its usefull to us and also to save our
money and time.
The items picked are: fan blade, protecting guide, platic, flexible
wire

STEPS ON HOW IT WAS PRODUCED

* Cutting of the round 3mmpipe iron into the required length of
3 feet and the round 2mmpipe iron into the length of 2.2 feet
* A 3.5mm of a square pipe iron was cut at the length of 2 feet
into a two places
* Welding of the metals, the 3.5mm square pipe was weld in a
cross shape to make the base which is the fan stand and the
two round pipe which are 3mm and 2mm are put into each
other .
* Welding of a 16mm of bolt and nut beside the 3mm round
pipe to hold the 2mm pipe in the inside of the 3mm round pipe,
and welding of the 3mm round pipe with the base to hold the
3mm pipe
* Coupling of the fan part and cutiing of the platic to the
requried shape to make a cover for the motor, capacitor and
some other.
* Connecting of the motor and the capacitor together and using
the cuted platic as a back cover for the motor
* Fixing the blade to the connecting rod from the motor and
connecting the wires with the motor and to the plug
Calculating the cost of materials relating it with the amount
contributed
We are 10 people in a group we contributed 10000# that is
1000 per each . we bought fan motor at the rate of 2500#, fan
capacitor at 500#, fan coil at 2000#, power switch at 400#,
square pipe at 2000#, 3mm and 2mm round pipes at 3000# &
2000#, bolt and nut at 800#, washer at 150#, screw at 150#.
