Interview Challenge
• Download and open the Sample Interviewing
Questions from the Classroom.
• Open your target Job Description.
• In Breakout Rooms, in pairs, share the job title, top
skills, and responsibilities from the job description
with your partner.
• Your partner will select any two questions they want
from the Sample Interviewing Questions to ask
you.
• You have 7 minutes each to ask questions and get
feedback.

2nd Interview

• Open the Sample Interviewing Questions and


your Job Description.
• In 10 minutes, select a question and write a
STAR Story to answer it.
• In Breakout Rooms, in pairs, tell your partner the
question you selected, have them ask it, and
answer it using your STAR Story. Your partner
will give you feedback.
• Each person gets 5 minutes.
Debrief
Compare your first and second interview
experience. What did you learn about yourself?
Next Steps:
Homework Challenge:
• Practice interviewing with a classmate or
someone else at least once.
• Record yourself answering one question that
is difficult for you to answer and post it on
the Google Classroom stream by Thursday.
Give feedback to at least two classmates.
