Greetings of Peace…

I am greatly honored that I am given by your excellency to be the

coordinator in School Based Management in our school.

In connection to this, I have the honor to ask permission from your good
office to create an organizational body of students that will help me to soar the
leadership in this office, and I will call this SBM Club which comprises the
Secretary and Treasurer officers in all Classroom Advisories in this school. It is
my plan to call an organizational meeting by Friday, November 18, 2022, after
Flag Raising Ceremony, in Computer Laboratory and I am also asking favor my
fellow teachers with your support to excuse these students and be given special
activities if there are during this conducted activity.

I am also humbled that the success of this coordinatorship lies with the
active collaboration of my fellow teachers with respect of their assigned tasks
as we are working together under the flagship of your commendable
leadership.
