1. Were you able to solve the mystery in the narrative? If so, what part of
the narrative (what clue) helped you to work out the solution? If not,
what could have been made more clear?

 Yes, I was able to solve the mystery, the clue was the shoe print was
the same as the murderer’s shoe print, and this is the traditional story in
which second lover of a wife kills the husband.

2. Identify one course concept that the narrative uses and explain how it
was used & why it is effective.

3. Identify one course theme that the narrative uses and explain how it
was used & why it is effective.
 Course theme is the classic detective story, because it contains a
murder that had been committed because of some revenge or
Jealousy.

4. What character was most interesting to you and why? How did the
author develop the character to have that effect?

 According to me, Thomas is the interesting character because he is so


fool that he didn’t plan the murder and just killed the Ben

5. What part or aspect of the narrative did you like the most and why?

 This crime fiction is like a game, I liked that because I really felt like a
detective, and I was provided by all the necessary choices I would
make as a detective.
