Sayembara Logo
Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. The participant must be at least 18 years of age.
b. The participant must not contain any elements that violate laws or regulations, including but not
limited to elements that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.

Logo Submission Requirements:

a. The logo must be original and created by the participant.
b. The logo must not contain any elements that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third
party.
c. The logo must be submitted in a digital format, such as .jpeg, .png or .pdf.

Contest Period:
The contest period will run from Feb 10 until the deadline for submissions at 25 Feb 23, as specified by
PT Angsana Jaya Properti.

Submission Deadline:
The deadline for submissions is 25 Feb 23 specified by PT Angsana Jaya Properti. Submissions received
after the deadline will not be eligible for consideration.

Evaluation Criteria:
The winning logo will be selected based on the following criteria:
a. Relevance to the brand identity and values of PT Angsana Jaya Properti
b. Originality and creativity
c. Ease of recognition and memorability
d. Suitability for use in various mediums, including but not limited to digital and print

Prize:
The winner of the contest will receive a cash prize of 5,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah, subject to the
withholding tax.
Instagram Account Requirements:
To participate in the contest, the participant must follow the official Instagram account of PT Angsana
Jaya Properti and share the link to the contest with at least 5 other Instagram accounts.

Intellectual Property Rights:

By submitting a logo, the participant acknowledges and agrees that PT Angsana Jaya Properti will own
all rights, title and interest in and to the logo, including all related intellectual property rights.

General Terms:
a. PT Angsana Jaya Properti reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior
notice.
b. PT Angsana Jaya Properti is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the contest information or
for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.
c. The contest is subject to all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
