Welcome to Edinburgh Zoo, the biggest and most exciting wildlife attraction in
Scotland, committed to the highest standards of animal welfare, conservation and
environmental education. We are determined to make every visitor have a great time

In just one day, you can meet over 1,000 wonderful animals, in our beautiful parkland

AUDITION

I would just like to give a warm welcome to all the competitors


who have come out today to audition for this year’s X Factor.
We are happy to have so many people coming out on this wet

day. As you know the competition is fierce and you will have to
be at your best in order to succeed in this year’s competition.

You should be aware that we have a new judge this year, with
Girls Aloud band member Cheryl Cole assisting us in the judging
process. When you enter the room please stand on the X
marked on the middle of the floor and we will tell you when to
commence singing.

We have split all the competitors into 2 groups with the first
group taking part in the morning auditions and second group
taking part in this afternoons audition. We have made a note of
the groups below.

If you are in the afternoon group, we have put on a buffet


lunch in Conference Room 1 for all of our competitors. We
apologize for making you hang around for the whole day but
this is just part of the audition process. I would just like to
