Develop and ensure Retail Index Standard (RIS) by channel and store in related to each
product proposition
Develop all BTL POSM in related to in store sell out promotion and ensure all CI and brand
identity are aligned with Corporate Marketing
Engage with Field force to ensure all the retail marketing BTL execution is implemented
timely and flawlessly
Propose customize sell out mechanics based with PM and Sales for selected account /
regions
Work closely with innovation design team to ensure the display segmentation & guideline
deliver the appropriate Communication visibility strategy
Be the category display and design gatekeeper with HQ to ensure right adaptation of
category/range display and localize the Merchandising and Display guidelines (generic and
new store planograms)
Analyze and execute right model mix for selected Strategic and Growth accounts (A, B
stores) with well define SKU focus and prioritization.
Work closely with retail planning team to analyze business opportunity via channel mapping
information by store/segment and develop relevant channel strategy by Store Segments.
Work closely with PM team & MDF team for Short and Midterm Budget Planning in related to
Strategic launch BTL and POSM activities with full overview of Marketing Activities calendar.
