A Reels Competition for Shoonya – Zero Pollution Mobility campaign

Terms & Conditions

I. Entrants can make multiple submissions. Each not more than 30 seconds.
II. The competition is open only to residents of India.
III. Computer-generated or computer-altered/morphed videos (other than basic system work) will be
disqualified.
IV. Movie clips and videos will not be accepted.
V. The entry must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and
must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party. Shoonya, NITI Aayog, and MyGov do not
bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by
the participants. In case any individual features in the reel, please take their permission to click/film
and share the reel.
VI. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
VII. The winning entries would be the intellectual property of the Shoonya campaign, and the winners
shall not exercise any right over it.
VIII. The winning entries may be used by the Shoonya campaign for promotional and display purposes, IEC
(Information, Education, and Communication) materials and for any other use as may be deemed
appropriate.
IX. The name/title/caption of the reel should be original and must not infringe on the Intellectual Property
Rights of any third party.
X. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and
Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and
Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the cancellation of the Contest, will be
updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the responsibility of the participant to keep
himself/herself informed of any changes in the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/
Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
XI. The participant should make sure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will
be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal
address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
XII. All the entries received by MyGov would be assessed by a committee of judges for selecting the
entries/reels. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.
XIII. Entries would be judged based on elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical
excellence, simplicity, artistic merit and visual impact and how well they communicate the elements
that need to be reflected.
XIV. The prize money will be payable after the deduction of TDS. All winners would be required to give the
copyright of the reel (video) to the Shoonya campaign. Prize money will be transferred to the winner
only through electronic transfer as per the bank details submitted by the winner via email and a valid
Permanent Account Number for TDS deduction.
