 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

This conversation involves the proponent. The business mission and vision

organizational structure hired staff, their job description, and most crucially, the business

rules and regulations.

Red Blend Juice is a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Ailyn R.

Mahinay with the two employees Kristina Cassandra S. Agapay and Bernadette A.

Alcaraz with an initial capital of 1,168,614 adjusted to become 1,170,000.00 This amount

was utilized in procuring equipment and facilities, securing the legally required

documents, raw materials and Ingredients, uniform and promotional materials to start the

operation.

MARKETING ASPECT

After Five years of business operation, Red Blend Juice will consistently offer

quality products and produce more products to reach the target market. From the year

2023 sales, the business's gross profit became 518,985.12, which increased during the

(2024) operation become 806,693.90. During the 3rd year (2025) of process, The

business gained 1,199,102.43 as the sales Increased by 1,684,554.70. In the years

2027 and 2028The business hit 2,281,824.76, respectively.

The business used Promotional Materials to reach its target market and its

market sales. As the sales and the demand keep increasing every year, the

Advertisement expenses also increase. The business will continue to grow after five

years the costs for promotional strategies will also increase to reach the target market.

TECHNICAL ASPECT

This Section detailed the manufacturing machinery, requirements, and various

components of transforming raw materials and equipment. Suppliers and the structure

also show that the business activity may be easily identified. This phase also included

expenses for all goods and equipment used in the business, such as Equipment,

Production, Facilities, Sanitary, and Safety tools, Packaging, Maintenance and suppliers,

Raw materials and current costs, Store, and Uniform.

FINANCIAL ASPECT

Red Blend Juice's net income is expected to increase over the next five years,

from 70,949.65 in 2024 to 326,884.40 in 2025 and 604,186,07 in 2026, respectively

928,900.99 in 2027 and 1,326,331.51 in 2028. More, the profit margin of the company is

increasing by 3% in 2024, 13% in 2025, 20% in 2026, 26% in 2027, and 31% in 2028. It

simply means that even if all business expenses are cut, red blend Juice still turns a

profit. Furthermore, the cost of goods sold in 2023 was 2,050,560.00, 2,460,672.00,

2,952,806.40, 3,543,367.68, and 4,252,041.22 in 2028. The cost of goods sold rises in

tandem with the cost of raw materials and other expenses. The product's inventory

turnover was 102.00 in 2024, 52.96 in 2025, 52.49 in 2026, 52.48 in 2027, and 52.48 in

2028. It simply means that the company was selling Red Blend Juice quickly due to

higher inventory turnover and high demand for the product in 2024. The cash flow in

cash equivalent was 592,306.55, 348,985.30 in 2025, 626,286.97 in 2026, 951,001.89 in

2027, and 1,348,432.31 in 2028. The company can pay its expenses while providing a

buffer against difficulties.

SOCIO ECONOMIC ASPECT

This chapter discusses the proposed project's benefits and how it will help the

growth of its related industries and economy through tax, income, and employment. The

business should not just focus on the growth of its profit but also on the effects on the

people and the condition of the society in the specific project. The researchers consider

the whole part of the business, especially the social impact on the community and

elementary students in Sipocot Camarines Sur.

CONCLUSION

The researchers conclude that the proposed business, Red Blend Juice, is

Feasible. The initial Capital of the business is PHP. 435,516.00 The business Could

recover within the first two months of operation because of a positive return on

investment. The demand for Red Blend Juice is high given that this is the only firm that

sells Healthy, nutritious, and Fresh inside the Municipality of Sipocot.

RECOMMENDATION

1. The researchers Intend to engage B2B with the significant sweet potato Leaves. It is

to benefit, and sweet potato leaves the demands of us and other businesses. It will also

benefit our business since we will be buying large orders and significant transactions

from them, and they will be able to provide us with lower or discounted costs since it is

essential and every business needs to buy items and services from other businesses in

order to Start, Run and Grow. Also, it lowers operational costs for all trade participants.

More production and profit would result as a result of this.

2. The researchers also decided that after five years of business, we should distribute
our goods to the first district to increase our target market and ensure that our product is
well recognized in other areas in Bicol.

After three years, the researchers anticipate having additional machines that will speed
up and improve the efficiency of our production process while also reducing labor costs
and potential worker injuries.
