HOME WORK ON ORDER OF SUSPENSION 2023 FB

Shri D.C. Gokul, SSA, ‘E’ Section of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare had
availed 2 days Casual leave from 29.3.2023 to 30.3.2023, to attend a function in his
family. Later it transpired that he was found present in the venue of strike of the
Technical Staff of Department of ABC (housed in the same Complex in which your
Ministry is located) on these two days. He had also addressed them expressing his
solidarity with them. He denied the charges in his reply dt. 6.4.2023, to a Memo dated
3.4.2023 issued to him by US(E) who has forwarded all the relevant papers suggesting
that he be placed under suspension and Disciplinary Action initiated. Draft an Order of
suspension, to be signed by DS, MHA.

9. Please try to send a legible/dark copy so that you will also get back readable copy. Use a
GEL PEN.
