PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES
1. Participants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in an
institute of higher learning.
2. The team can be made of students coming from a mix of multiple disciplines, i.e.,
architecture and engineering.
3. A maximum of five (5) students allowed in a team and faculty advisor.
4. Each team must submit the registration form and complete payments by 31st
May 2022, 11:59pm (MYT, GMT+8)
5. The competition submission package must be submitted by 31st July 2022,
11:59pm (MYT, GMT+8)
6. Link for submission of package will be provided to the participating teams
through their respective coresponding emails.
7. Live team presentation will be on 13th August 2022. Presentation should be
10-15 mins, followed by 5 mins Q&A session.
8. Each team leader or faculty advisor must provide a signature on the Statement
of Originality Form (will be provided later on), certifying that it is an original work;
and submit to the organizer.
