    Creating a Publication:
    1. Purpose – You need to give some thought to the purpose of the finished piece.
    2. Audience – who will consume your publication.
    3. Format – Professional – looking publication takes planning. (page layout, paper choice and print option).

    Page layout: Margin:


    Legal – 8.5 x 14 Normal Margin – 1in (all sides)
    A4 – 8.26 x 11.69 Wide Margin – 1.5in (all sides)
    Letter – 8.5 x 11 Narrow Margin – 0.5in (all sides)
    Folio – 8.5x 13

    Orientation: Different types of Paper:


    Landscape - Bond Paper
    Portrait - Colored Paper
    - Oslo Paper

    “C” = Contrast

    Print setting:
    - Double sided printing – Back to back.
    - Collating – Continuously printing.
