Our legal services were engaged by ______________ to ascertain their rights


under the Contract to Sell. After narrating to herein undersigned their lamenting
experiences with the house and lot transaction they made with __________, and in
view of our client’s substantial payment of the contract price, our firm enjoins you
to comply to the following:

 Re-inspect subject premises to confirm substandard construction of the


tenement and subterranean structures, to include the provision of the gate
for ingress to/egress from the premises. Thereafter, to immediately
undertake works to rehabilitate or replace all defects found thereon within
_____ (___) days from receipt hereof; otherwise, we shall be constrained to
advise our client to proceed with the reformatory works which we shall all
charge against you for reimbursement upon completion.
 Provide our client with their latest Statement of Account, stating therein
only those lawful charges and fees, for our evaluation.
