Project Title Blood Bank Management System (BBMS)

Nature of Project Web Application

Project Description The Blood Bank Management System (BBMS) is an application that stores,
processes, retrieves, and analyzes data about blood bank administration. It
also supervises the blood inventory management and other blood bank-
related activities. The major goal of the blood bank management system is to
keep track of blood, donors, blood groups, blood banks, and stock
information. It keeps track of all information concerning blood, blood cells,
stocks, and blood. Because the project is all done at the administrative level.
Features  Ensures hospitals have good supply or inventories of blood bags.
 List the availability of blood bags at any given time.
 Ability to manage the information of its blood donor.
 Alerts for blood requirement from registered donors.
 Auto-check if the person donated blood in the last 3 months.
 Creating & changing issues ease.
 User accounts to control the access and maintain security.
 Various level of report available with a lot of filter criteria’s.
 Allows good documentation about the donor and their blood donation
activities.
 Support fast searching to find match blood bags for the right person.
 Effectively manage blood camps.
 The main aim of this project is to save the lives of people by providing
blood
 This application we are developing helps to select the nearby
hospitals, blood banks, donors online instantly by tracing its location
using GPS.
 Thus this application provides the required information in less time
and also helps in quicker decision making.
