INTRODUCTION
The Purpose of this document is to create an application test plan for the existing
and trending bank ICIC which has its own Internet Banking application. immobile
Pay is ICICI Bank's official mobile banking application. iMobile Pay, the most
comprehensive and secure Mobile Banking application, offers over 200 banking
services on your mobile. The features of new iMobile Pay are. Pay and collect
money from anyone instantly using Unified Payment Interface (UPI Payments).
The presented study test plan evaluates the approaches to testing this product. The
purpose of testing this program is to check the correct operation of its
functionality, ease of use.

1. TEST STRATEGY

 Individuals having a savings account or current account at any bank can register
for internet banking.
 Gaining essential information which customer can submit for the Internet
Banking Application along with required documents such as a copy of your
bank passbook, Aadhaar card, etc.
 Personal Banking.
 Corporate Banking.
 Taking proper inputs for specific actions.
 Submitting and performing that specific action.

1.5 Who will test?


The Project should use outsource of the application and should be tested by the
tester to save the project cost.
1.6 When the test occurs
The tester will start the test execution when all the following inputs are ready
- Software is available for testing for testing.
- Test Specification is created.
- Test Environment is built.

- Enough human resource for testing.
2. TEST OBJECTIVE
The test objectives are to verify functionality of the Internet Banking Management
System Application, the project should focus on testing the login feature, transfer,
release, different tabs for banking options etc. to guarantee all these operations can
work normally in real user environment.

3. TEST TASKS
 Writing a test plan.
 Writing test cases.
 Development of criteria for the success of testing.
 Conducting the testing and evaluation of the results.

5. STAFFING AND TRAINING NEEDS


To perform the tasks, you need to have the following knowledge and skills:

 Knowledge and ability to apply in practice the basic techniques of test design.
 Knowledge of various types of testing including Functional and Non-
Functional.

6. TEST TOOLS
Android and Desktop application – iMobile ICICI app.
QA Touch – for performing test cases
Microsoft Excel – for writing test cases
Microsoft Word – for writing test plan

7. ITEM PASS/FAIL CRITERIA


All test cases with high priority are closed with the result – pass. The test coverage
is checked and sufficient, where the criteria of sufficiency is not less than 99% of
the coverage of requirement by test. The test was compiled and approved by the
team member, project guide and customer.

A Test Plan is a detailed document that describes the test strategy, objectives,
schedule, estimation, deliverables, and resources required to perform testing
for a software product.
