migration from old system to new system and the integration part also.

Scope: Our main application is called Loanet. It is an accounting application that is used to create and maintain
borrow and loan contracts. It has many customizable parameters that are used when setting up these
contracts. The Loanet application is a 3270 terminal emulator application. There are several Loanet
products/services- Contract Compare, ARMs and LCOR.I am currently working on testing the LOANET OTC
OMS which is designed to simplify borrowing and enable straight-through processing from order initiation
through settlement. For every order that you execute, a contract will be added to Loanet on your behalf,
unless you indicate otherwise.

SunGard Apex is a consolidated front-to-back office solution that supports equity and fixed income
securities lending and repo trading. From position management, trading and P&L anal-ysis on the front end,
through risk and operations management in the middle-office, and set-tlement and interfaces in the back-
office. It has been designed to help increase productivity and automation, help drive down costs and help
improve operational efficiency by providing a full front-to-back office solution for global securities finance
trading and operations.
