Consumer perspective

Loyalty – The consumer of Tim Hortan should be loyal towards the staff of the company as they
should not try any kind of false efforts like stealing things or taking the extra order which was not
even ordered by them .

Donations – People coming for purchasing at the place should even give donations in the boxes
placed at order taking tables as these donations are given to helpless to people or homeless as this
cooporation is working on daily basis and provide support to them so we are also having
responsibility help them in such works and keep them motivated to these types of efforts ahead.

Keeping surrounding clean – Consumers should also take responsibility to clean the surrounding in
which they are . As it is not only the responsibility of the staff of the shop to keep it clean but we
should also play active role in such activities these show how aware are we of the surrounding.

Provide motivation by keeping smile – Consumers coming to give orders should give orders in very
decent ways and always keeping smile on the face and creating good environment with the person
taking the orders .
