Group Stance and Discussion

Group Discussion:

As in the group discussion several aspects of employer, employee loyalty towards

an organization were discussed. As a group of three students several advantages

and disadvantages of employer, employee loyalty were taken into notice. The

employer, employee loyalty towards an organization can provide a strong base for

reaching an organization long-term goals, more affection towards an organization

and lucrative opportunity for the company. Furthermore, if we take employer,

employee loyalty as an outdated concept then we came to some advantages

which are efficiently reaching short term goals, more knowledge about recent

information in the market and better decision making skills due to that recent

information.

The employee stay loyal towards an organization if the company provides good

benefits, empower there employees and show affection towards their employees.

This will help the company to have their employees stay loyal and put more effort

into the work. If company provides good salary package and bonus then they will

work more efficiently and provide better result for the organization or company

they work in. The company will have less chances to fall into red zone. The
company can provide several benefits to the employees to stay loyal which are

defined below:

 Healthy salary package

 Life Insurance

 Food and travel allowances

 Free health services

If we take employer, employee as an outdated concept because we know that

loyalty in these modern times is weak at both ends. The company can provide

itself better services by hiring new employees because they will have all the

information of any recent technology update. The new employees will provide

better decision making skills because of all of the information they have. The

new employees in a company can do work much more efficiently and

complete them in given time maybe before it.

Group Stance:

The stance of our whole group is same due to same personal point of view. We

as a group agree with the argumentative statement that employer are not

ready for such long commitment towards an organization. If they get better

packages and opportunities in another place then they will tend to work there.
Loyalty towards a company is not that important if the work is done efficiently

and an organization is prospering towards success. We can say that companies

tend to have employees those who can perform better in pressure and provide

better results.

The loyalty factor tends to have loyal employees who show affection towards

the organization but they will lack in reaching short term goals effectively. This

will make the company to lose lucrative opportunities. Same employees will

have less information on recent technology and the process of learning will be

complex for them

As a conclusion, we as a group prefer newer employees because they are vital

in a company performance because if we change short term goals then the

long term goals will also be reached. The company on the other hand will

perform much better in the market and gain more success. The newer the

employee, the better it is. The employees do not have to stay loyal towards a

company just for a commitment but they can promote themselves hire into

the market if they have the talent, information and all the required skill

needed by a company for the vacant job.
