Sub: Offering Broadband connection (made through the ONT of BharatNet installed in the GP under BharatNet Project only)
per BharatNet GP with new Bharat Fibre Broadband plan Fibre GP 100 to all BSNL registered FMA (Fibre Maintenance
Agency) in all circles.
1. In order to improve up-time of BharatNet GP ONTs, following has been decided by the competent authority:
a) Offering Broadband connection (made through the ONT of BharatNet, installed in the GP under BharatNet Project only)
per BharatNet GP with new Bharat Fibre Broadband plan ‘Fibre GP 100’ to all BSNL registered FMA (Fibre
Maintenance Agency) in all circles. Details of the plan are as below:

b) The above connection will be made through the ONT of BharatNet (installed in the GP under BharatNet Project only) at
GP and only one connection is allowed in each GP.

c) Terms and conditions to provide above Fibre Broadband plan:

i) Above charges are excluding GST.

ii) Separate FMA category will be created by ITPC in CDR system.
iii) Only BSNL registered FMAs will be allowed as customers in this category. Above plan charges shall be paid by FMA.
iv) No plan security deposit for each connection.
v) No installation charges for each connection per BharatNet GP.
vi) No revenue share to Partners/TIPs for such connections.
vii) Physical installation for each connection at BharatNet GP location will be done by BSNL itself.
