about the possibility of implementing a community water system that will benefit the people
from ______________________________.

As discussed with your team and focal persons from the community, I intend to allow the use of
land for the construction of the mechanical water kiosk with details L-91cm. x W-64cm. – H-
205cm. and conditions to be stipulated in an Agreement. It is also my intention that I am willing
to sign a Right to Use Agreement or Right of Way Agreement with the community should the
project push forward.
