I am writing to recommend Mee Her. I have had the pleasure of working with Mee, first in
partnership with student programs and later as her supervisor. Mee has demonstrated time and
time again her dedication to students, detail oriented nature for programming, and her thoughtful
and initial planning skills. Mee would be a great addition to any team and candidate for program
coordination.

As an employee, Mee was always eager to continue learning, expanding her skill set, and face
challenges with a positive attitude. During her time in my team, she supported the Student
Ambassador Programs with technical assistance, program planning, and student support. Mee
took on additional responsibilities in this program as staff roles transitioned and team members
were on leave. She faced every challenge during this time as an opportunity to learn and grow.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mee offered thoughtful solutions to keep students engaged
and supported throughout the program..

Later, Mee grew in her role as a program coordinator leading a statewide grant. She worked
with grant stakeholders including a state agency, college partners, and cross departmental
collaboration within our organization. She tracked our grant budget and managed the reports to
our grant funders. Mee was quick to learn grant deliverables and create a comprehensive work
plan to meet those goals. Over the two year grant, Mee kept all aspects of the grant in motion
and kept all stakeholders informed.

Throughout all her projects, Mee has demonstrated a great capacity to coordinate, lead, and
support programs. She is a great asset on any team with her willingness to learn, attention to
detail, and commitment to serving her community. Mee is a delight to work with and I wouldn’t
hesitate to hire her again.
