To come up with this snack, we smashed the banana and cooked it on low fire then chilled
it in the fridge and then we steamed the batter and knead it before we coat it to the
smashed bananas forming a ball. Moreover, this dish contains glutinous rice which is also
low in fat and cholesterol that is good for patients with high blood pressure.
