    This is to CERTIFY that the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Lipata, City of Surigao
    has no objection to the return from CROSSING MELILLA,SANTA CRUZ,DAVAO DEL
    SUR of the following person who is resident of Barangay Lipata, Surigao City, to wit:

    1.CESAR V FRANCAS
    2.CAMILLE A. FRANCAS

    PROVIDED, that he has undergone the required quarantine protocol conducted by the
    City Health Authority of CROSSING MELILLA SANTA CRUZ DAVAO DEL SUR and
    provided further that he must submit to our Local Health Authorities for the required
    quarantine protocol upon his arrival in the City.

    Presentation of Medical Certification and Identification Card is required.
