MARKETING PLAN

A. MARKETING OBJECTIVE

1. To satisfy the needs and wants of the customer.

2. To provide good quality of our valued customer.

3. To raise prices without damaging sales numbers.

1.PRODUCT OFFERING

We offer a good quality of dishwashing liquid. We decided to offer this product because it is
always needed in our house and it is also important because it serves to clean our dishes.

2.PRICING

In pricing the product to be offered, we decided to buy a DIY dishwashing liquid because it
can save our money and so that we can offer a good pricing for our customer. In making DIY
dishwashing liquid we can save other ingredients for making it, in a kit of DIY dishwashing
liquid you can buy it for 250 pesos. With that 250 pesos you can make 13-15 liters of
dishwashing liquid for 50 pesos.

3.PLACE

A. Business Location

Our business location will be in social media.

B. Distribution Strategies

Direct distribution will be used in our business since it is direct sell and send products to
customer, it also include free delivery for those who order the product online.

4. PROMOTION

In order to achieve awareness of the market, we decided to make a social media promotion.
Our business product will be posted on the social media website such as Facebook, this is the
best way of promoting the product and service in a more relaxed environment.
CHAPTER V

TECHNICAL PLAN

A.PRODUCT PROCESS

Below is the listed procedure of making DIY dishwashing liquid

Step1: Put 14 liters of water in the bucket, follow the amount of water, the mixture will thin
out if there is too much or too little water.

Step 2: Then pour the following:

 Fortified Bubble Booster


 Surfactant

Step 3: Pour the bottle of premix and soak for 20 minutes before stirring well.

 Degreasing Agent
 Scent
 Antibacterial
 Chelating Agent
 Colorant

Step 4: Gradually pour the thickener while mixing it very slowly until it runs out and
dissolves. When sure it’s clear, cover and let the mixture rest for 24 ours.

B. PRODUCTION SIZE AND SCHEDULE

1. The size of the production will depend on the availability of budget allocation. Since were
still a student the budget is expected to be low.

2. Product Schedule

The manufacturing of the product will only operate when our budget is ready.

3. Office Ours

The official Facebook page of the business handled by members will start 10 am in the
morning and 6 pm in the afternoon.
C. Operation Site

The manufacturing site is to be conducted at household only.

D. Equipment Needed

 Sticker for Label

E. Utilities

Same as mentioned above, we will just borrow some buckets in the owner of the house and
for the water we will just pay for it.

F. Cleaning and Maintaining Workplace

The business members are ordered to follow disciplinary actions of cleanliness and
organization during manufacturing.

A. Form of ownership

The company operates as partnership business in which all members shall have equal
share liability. The share of profit, duties, obligation and dissolution of the partnership
shall all be stated in the partnership deeds.

F. Project Implementation and Timetable


First week of October was the project conceptualization, and from Oct. 4-7 preparation of
project feasibility, same with negotiations of finances. Oct. 12-20 was the preparation for
leaflets, poster distribution, and bottle preparation of the products. Oct- 20-24 turn over of the
products in sari-sari store and do house to house campaign and give leaflets and free samples
of the product. Finally Oct. 25-28 will start our business.

F.Type of Operation

Our business has no partnership but we can negotiate with other businesses like sari-sari store
and restaurant or karenderia. The operation will start at 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to
Saturday.

H. Operating Policies

These are the operating policies of the establishment that need to be followed:

1.The store will open and start its operation from 10:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the
evening.

2.Employees will be given one day-off per week.

3.Free duty meal for employees on duty.

4.Cleanliness is widely observed.

5.Checking of job performance of the employees will be done by the manager.

6.No smoking inside the premises.
