My name is Jony Christian Mikael Meriläinen. I’m thrilled to be applying for the Customer Support role in
your company. When reviewing your website I found that you’re looking for Finnish Customer Support em-
ployees which sparked my interest.

I have a degree for business/marketing which has brought me a good set of communication skills which I
have utilised in my previous job working in Sykes. I started my career in Sykes in Sweden but after seeing
my potential I got an opportunity to relocate to Cyprus.

When I started working in Cyprus I was able to win the leading stars award which was a yearly competition
in Sykes Europe
the competition is 4 month long period where everyone’s customer satisfaction and quality are being moni-
tored and I was 1 of 14 who won this award in 2020.

Not so long after I won the award I was promoted to Supervisor/Level 2 position where I handled general
overview of our call drivers and outbound callbacks for nordic countries and for Israel.

I believe that my employment experience make me a ideal for this position. I look forward to discussing this
position further.
