JASRI SAMAD
 • A little bit about my background:
• Graduated from UPM with Bachelor of Computer Science.
• Worked in IT industry most of my career, but also have multiple years
of experience in Advertising, Media advertising &
Telecommunication.
• My last role was as a Senior Developer at an IT startup in Damansara,
highest position was Operations Manager at a local Media Advertising
My agency.
• I left the job because the company was in a longterm financial
Background struggle, and other opening in the job market require more experience,
skills and heavy commitment to the work/company.
• I decided to join this industry after much consideration and an in-
depth research, and I found that this industry/sector pays people based
on how much they produce, without too many of uncontrollable
factors. How hard you work equal to how much you get paid. This is
far from the standard that I got working in major industry where the
salary move sideways without much increment regardless of how
much the company was making.
My Current
Achievement
• Alhamdulillah, in just 2 months, I am right on
track to be promoted by end of the month
soonest. In fact, I have completed my Fast-track
AMship requirement (based on submission this
morning, true story) and are well on my way to
be promoted as probation Agency Manager,
pending disbursement and uplines approval.
• In my few month active as Fulltime advisor, I
managed to mantain above RM5k monthly
commission in almost every month. And I have
set a clear target to achieve my first milestone of
RM10k(Principal only) commission per month
by end of 2023.
 • My current small achievements are all thanks to the
working culture set by our GAM and other leaders in
KPG Elite Billionaire. I am proud that the working
standard in our agency is top level and the help and
support given by everyone in the agency kept us
motivated, day in day out without fail.
• In our agency, all team members are trained to
KPG Elite inculcate a leadership mindset and to always have a
Billionaire big heart in all aspect of our work, from sharing and
motivating each other, help in closing new clients,
teaching sidelines new recruits to even cleaning the
office areas, regardless of your position in the
agency. All of this small things build up to our
overall positivity in the agency and this in turn
resulted in the consistency of our productivity.
 • I am still looking to find new advisor that can
match my energy, commitment and
determination and I would like to grow
together to achieve our goals.

100k UT sales monthly consistently.
