     Kapag naghallucinate and delusions si patient, present always yung reality (for example, May
    nakikita siyang friend niya daw kahit wala , so sabihin mo wala naman pong tao tao dito tatay, o
    kaya kinukuha ako ng malign, sagot mo wala naman pong malign tatay dipo totoo yon o kaya
    nireregla ako kahit lalaki nama siya so sagot mo is babae po ang nireregla tatay, lalaki po kayo
    dip o nireregla ang mga lalaki. ALWAYS PRESENT THE REALITY)
     Always set limitation. May mga instances kasi na may naghuhubad bigla so sasabihin mo, tay
    wag ka po maghubad ditto isuot niyo po yan o kaya kapag sobra na siya sa limit ng mga
    ginagawa niya na dapat di lalagpas don.
     Kapag may nanghihingi sainyo, wag niyo bigyan like sabihin niyo wala kang dala ganon to set
