Application for the post of a chemistry teacher

I am submitting my resume for consideration for the post of a chemistry teacher that you have
advertised on jobberman.com. I am interested in the position because I believed my education and
experience is an ideal match. Additionally I would enjoy working with your institution.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Ekiti State University PMB 5363, Ado-Ekiti Nigeria and
more than eight years experience dedicated to this field. Some of my experience includes:

• Teaching senior secondary school students chemistry and assuring that they meet up with
grade targets.
• Preparing samples for classical and instrumental chemical analysis
• Strong computer and scientific skills with the ability to keep documents and reports and up-to-
date.
• Knowledge to perform regular maintenance on laboratory equipments and execute proper
protocols in the event of an accident or emergency.

My detail for accuracy, flexibility and self-motivation coupled with the ability to learn new techniques
and follow instructions will be a beneficial to the management.
