How to make a good breakfast at home with few ingredients

We all die for a well-made dish and we think we need too much budget to be able to eat well,
but this cannot be a bigger lie, because you, my dear readers, will learn with me how to make
a decent breakfast with few ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Lemons

-Sugar

-Green

-Cheese

Process:

Today we will make a lemon juice and a green bolon with cheese.

The first thing we must do is take a couple of greens and cut them into slices, fry them in the
pan until golden brown, and then flatten and knead them with our hands, making a sphere,
adding salt to taste. Then we flatten the center a little, leaving a small hole that will allow us to
put cheese. We take some cheese and break it into small pieces with our hands, and then
combine it, inside and around the whole bolón.

Once the bolon is made, we must make the lemon juice that will allow us to give a great
contrast with the warm bolon. We must have a couple of ice cubes or with a little ice that we
are going to break later.

First, squeeze the lemons, and then add a little water, although you are trying little by little so
as not to exceed the water in the juice. Then we put a little sugar to our preference, to finally
add the aforementioned ice cubes, and with this we have a good breakfast, traditional from
our continent and with good nutritional value.

Finally, we can see that making delicious food is cheaper and easier than we think, so there are
no excuses, it is good for you my dear readers, that you eat well to have a healthy life and
enjoy the delicacies that we can have.
